Welcome! I'm Carl Neimeyer, and I'm running for Anne Arundel County Council.

I am a veteran, professional engineer, community volunteer, and business owner.

I am married to my high school sweetheart, fellow veteran and Carnegie Mellon graduate, and best friend of 20 years. Together, we are raising our five children in Arnold.

We are truly blessed to live in the 5th district. My business is headquartered in Severna Park. School, sports, scouts, music education, faith community– here in District 5!

That being said, the lingering problems and dynamic challenges show that our current representation on County Council is inadequate. With a life of service, I would love to serve my neighbors here in District 5 as County Councilman.
